The Week That Never Ended

I finally got home from CES today- what a crazy week. At times it seemed to last forever, like when I when I was sitting on a taxi in traffic watching the meter increase, but most of the time the hours just flew by. No matter how much time you spend at the event or how many people you send it is pretty much impossible to cover everything, so considering that I went out by myself it’s no surprise I am exhausted. XYZ’s coverage should start to go out tonight and continue for the next week or so.
One highlight for me was that Thomas Hawk took a picture of me at Bloghaus and posted it on his CES coverage. The guy really is a gifted photographer, but he clearly has some good material to work with… Here is an amazing shot of Sarah Meyers, who, I just learned, works over at D7TV. There are whole bunch more, including some interesting babe shots (SFW).
Some other super cool people I met/talked to at the show- Jason Fields from Snap, Alex from FirstShowing.net, Scoble (just for a second though), a cool guy who works at Princeton, just wrote his first book, and loves Japan (trying to remember a link or name), Brad, Matt Miller, and a whole lot more..
Despite being rather diligent at CES, I am super behind on RSS reading and email but I am going to do my best to take care of those tonight and tomorrow. I’ll be posting as much as I can- despite having a ton of work to do, there are a lot of things going on that I feel compelled to comment on.
